The Everest 2027 Project, led by the Asociación Socorro Andino Peruano (S.A.P.), is an international initiative that combines technical training, international cooperation, and high-risk expeditions. Our goal is to train elite rescue personnel capable of operating in extreme scenarios across Peru and the Himalayas.
We are looking for individuals with talent, experience, and a passion for the mountains, who are willing to push their limits and join a highly professional team that will operate in high-demand situations and controlled risk environments.
👤 Your Ideal Profile
🏔️ Mountain experience: Trekking, climbing, mountaineering or high-altitude rescue.
❄️ Technical skills: Progression on glaciers, rock and ice, and crevasse rescue.
💪 Physical condition: Capacity for prolonged exertion at extreme altitude.
🧠 Psychology: Decision-making and leadership under pressure.
🤝 Teamwork: Collaboration in critical environments.

🌍 Your Future in SAP and Project Everest 2027

⛰️ Participate in progressive training in the Cordillera Blanca and Huayhuash, including classic routes and iconic volcanoes such as Chachani, Misti, and Coropuna.

🌋 Undertake advanced training on the Avenue of the Volcanoes in Ecuador and international training with expert Sherpas in Nepal.

🧗‍♂️ Develop technical and strategic skills in glacier rescue, complex evacuations, and extreme mountain operations.

🏕️ Train in high-altitude camp management, oxygen protocols, and international rescue, reaching an elite level of professionalism.
